Elijah – “It’s a hard thing”

Tying to Elijah’s comment on, “it’s a hard thing” to get double is what happens when you do. It is not hard to get the double. It is hard to walk in it.

  1. Elisha curses the boys mocking him, and the bears eat them.
  2. When victory comes, the people will want you to be their king.

John 6:15

So Jesus, perceiving that they were intending to come and take Him by force to make Him king, withdrew to the mountain by Himself alone.

He got with God.

Pray when the people exalt you. Let God have His way and keep you His. Dont let pride get you.
