So, if the LORD had said 11 months ago, “John, I have a mission for you. You are to learn to be more humble, you will learn to love, you will gain new insight and anointing, you will have victory in your marriage, you will learn about timing, discernment and overt/covert ministry. You will make great friends, and you will learn to operate as one with Laura. Plus, you will get to do it all in Colorado. Will you take the mission?”
Ha! Bless God. I would jump all over that.
“Even if it only lasts 10 months?”
Yes!!!
It’s all about how we view things. Our departure out of the area is disappointing. Laura wants to live here. The kids want to live here. They are upset, and I can understand. But, He wont take something away without giving something better in return. Ask for bread and get not a stone.
Laura is actually doing quite well. She has lots of peace and is back to working as one with me.
We worked out the computer. I hope that I didnt manipulate anything. I confessed it to her and sought forgiveness. I did a knucklehead thing there.
Mike ended up giving me $250. We would have been penalized $150 for returning the computer. So, the dollars worked out the same.
But, I learned a big lesson. Laura and I are one. I saw me needing to deceive her on stuff related to this. That is bad seed that will cause major damage. I like having no secrets with her. If she isnt ready to talk because of circumstance, wait. Be patient.
I repent of that mess!
