Personal & Ministry Updates:

  1. Spiritual attacks:
    1. Jordan: Headaches – horrible migraines in the past.  Past triggers – witchcraft (Biblical event on how all that started. God was taking us through something so we could get that out of there.  That’s how we uncovered Free Masonry.)
    2. My mom’s still fighting that stuff.  We did some deliverance with mom on Sunday.  She felt good on Monday, then it came back yesterday.
    3. John: That’s why all this stuff in the family is driving me into a 21 day juice fast.
    4. Laura: I really don’t know what’s going on with Jordan.  The back and forth.  I believe it’s broken off and I don’t know why it keeps coming back.  I think she’s on the road to complete and total healing.  I don’t know why s been a process for her to find complete healing.  Ivan: Do you think Jordan was affected by a spirit of witchcraft in the past?  Laura: Yes.  Ivan: How about now?  Laura: I don’t know.  I don’t have a sense of it, I don’t know. Ivan: what does Jordan think the headaches are due to?  John: I’m sure her answer would be influenced by what I’ve said.  Last time we had the bad ordeal when she was in the hospital.  When we moved out here they started coming back and I found out I hadn’t dealt with a component of Free Masonry.  When I dealt with it they went away.  This week is the first week they’ve come back and now my mom is dealing with stuff.  Interesting to me that Laura’s the only one not dealing with spiritual attacks.  Jack has negativity and discouragement.  Vicki: I’m sensing this is a familiar spirit.  In the name and authority of Jesus Christ the Messiah, we bind that familiar spirit and the manifestation of old bad habits, sin issues since birth, inherited curses, recurring visions of sin, curses (including witchcraft, Indian rituals, Satyrian roots, and voodoo) covenants, vows, charms, demonic/satanic prayers, programming, hexes, spells, incantations, rituals, potions and enchantments and we loose the Holy Spirit over the entire Stein family – the spirit of truth, purity and complete freedom from habitual sin.  Laura: I think I know what it is.  I just got a word and it’s ‘adversity’.  John: When you started praying our house started rattling.  The wind started blowing up here.  Ivan: how would you define adversity?  Laura: A challenge, something that is from the Lord or part of a challenge against your identity.  It can look like something in the natural.  Anything that presents a challenge to where you’re supposed to go or how things are supposed to be that is not working out in the natural.  Vicki: what are you thinking/sensing Ivan?  Ivan: a couple things.  I had a flashback to a couple I was doing outreach to in Mexico.  We went to visit this church one day to see what it was like, and we were close enough to walk to it.  We started to walk, but just after they started they were in a tremendous argument.  Suddenly they though, “Where did this come from?”  The thing was, the enemy wanted to challenge their time going to this church.  When they caught it they were able to repent and worship the Lord and they had a great day.  In the natural it was small, irritating stuff, then it got into a full blown argument.  Many times there’s a  key to overcoming the adversity or familiar spirit – to be able to praise Him when you don’t feel like it, when you don’t want to, when the circumstances are contrary…to praise Him and be thankful.  Make God Lord in the situation -you can’t underestimate the power in that.  A familiar spirit will try to take the glory of God out of a situation, so we forget to honor Him and give him glory. I encourage both of you that praise is a powerful tool – in the midst of everything thank Him for his lordship.  It will help break up that spirit.  Laura: for me personally I sometimes have to go get my bible and read mostly Psalms.  Speak out loud the promises.  Ivan: also sing to the Lord.  Sing praises to him.  Great power in that.
    1. John: The question is, “Is there rebellion in this camp and if so, what is it?”  Vicki: You brought up the question, so you must think there is.  John: Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, so yes.  Is there something more that has not been dealt with?  My covering is sufficient to cover it, but if I move outside of this covering…I’m confounded not knowing what it is.  I’m looking – what is the door that has been opened?  Let’s close the door!  When I pray, the enemy goes away, but then it comes back.  I’ve changed my focus to asking the Lord, “What do I not understand about this?”  My mom said she’s felt better since Sunday (mom had been having vertigo).  I believe the Lord has started telling Ivan what’s going on.
    2. Ivan: what do you think about Laura’s word of adversity being a familiar spirit?   John: I had 3 dreams about being chasing.  I translated it to familiar spirt and a call to intercession on my part.  Familiar spirit operating causing the problem.  Ivan:  A word of praise of God has great power.  I know of an account where somebody did that and had to go back and take care of some things under adverse conditions, but praised the Lord the whole ways (they’d lost keys twice).  They praised and worshiped the Lord and an angel appeared who said the reason for the keys was praise is a key and a lot of God’s people miss it.  They don’t understand the power of it.  A familiar spirit can follow you all of your life from the time you’re little.  It keeps bringing up things and keep causing trouble and you can learn to overcome it to an extent, but worship and praising is really important.  That spirit will not manifest itself if there is trouble. You’ve learned how to overcome it temporarily – speaking over and against it, but it’s a bit of a tormenting spirit and I think…tell it, it cannot overcome you in adversity, you just have to recognize it.  You both need to be on the same page, encourage each other to praise and worship.  Two is better than one.  Something about your unity in praising God in the midst of adversity.  Does that resonate with you?  John: Division more than unity.  Adversity has followed us for the past 10 years.  Laura and I see things different spiritually.  The Lord has wired us differently.  The way we like to worship is different.  Laura:  For me it has been a journey to see how two very different people can be a good thing.  To pull out all the good things about the differences rather than be a division.  John doesn’t have to be like me for it to be good.  John:  I think it’s bigger than that.  Ivan: have the two of you sat down and prayed about that asked the Lord how do we do this?  We are different, how do we walk through this together?  Laura: sometimes I think that’s a daily/hourly prayer.  Vicki:  John, you ok?  John:  I’m ok, I’m never not…I have hope.  I see a pattern; an adversity component.  Because of how we see things spiritually we have a hard time entering into unity.  I think the praise thing is an answer to prayer before it’s prayed.  A house divided can’t stand.  Ivan:  Because you both love God and are really seeking his kingdom, he has continued to help you and make a way for you.  This whole thing of being able to hear what the other one is saying and praying about it rather than dismissing it – really listen to each other.  It will go a long way that you hear each other.   It doesn’t mean you’ll agree on everything.  Vicki: Remember who you enemy is; we don’t fight against flesh and blood.
  2. Jack:  His wisdom teeth coming out early tomorrow morning
  3. Jordan:  Struggling with one of her classes (economics).  She’s trying really hard.

Father, we thank you for this couple and this family.  Lord, place the love of God in their hearts.  In the midst of struggles you’re there and you walk them through things and you overcome. You want to see your people successful in the business and family and we know the enemy will try to attack everything at the same time.  We thank you that they will be successful and you will raise them above the battle.  The battle is not theirs, it is your.  Lord, we pray that they would put it in your hands; they are righteous people and they do love you and you’re going to see them through.  We ask for your protection against the enemy.  Send your warring angels to stand guard around them.  Remind them to use their spiritual armor.  Holy Spirit, remind them of scripture they need for this time of warfare.  Thank you, Lord!

Father continue to bless Elevate 29 and give wisdom and unity to John and Laura.  Father, protect them as they deal with this company that keeps John on the fence.  Lord, give them clarity about this and again peace in the midst of this situation.

Lord, they also have this vision for Nehemiah Ventures, to be a source of a startup company for other Christian businesses. Lord, give them extreme wisdom and favor for this. Lord, they are like a Joseph ministry starting other Joseph ministries.  They truly want to help others have an impact on the kingdom.

Heavenly Father, watch over their marriage and family as they want to make a difference in the Kingdom.  Lord, direct the steps of Jack and where he is to go to College.  Keep your sovereign hand on him and protect him with you angels.

Also, lead and guide Jordan in the way she should go.  Keep your angelic protection around her.  Anoint her decisions so that she will know that as she chooses things she will be in your will.

Prayed for direction and wisdom in your relationship with Scott.

What I saw was two hands reaching out to each other and shaking.  I had the sense that there was mutual respect and agreement.  Update on this image.  I think it is important for you to reach out to Scott but it will not lead to a change in your business at this time.

I say yes to your determination to make a stand.  God says an even BIGGER YES!  God, we thank You that John is already victorious in Jesus Christ.  I ask you to reveal anything that is blocking the manifestation of John’s victory.  Anything that has been hidden must now be revealed in Your light. Any agreements that John or his family through the generations have made that do not glorify You God, whether made knowingly or unknowingly are exposed to be broken in Jesus Name.

John, if something comes into your mind that sounds funny or if you dream something that seems like nonsense….That maybe God speaking to you.  Write it down and ask Him for an interpretation. Tell Vicki.  God wants to speak to you!  Have faith, keep seeking God, the victory is yours!

I continue to pray protection around Laura, John, Jordan and Jack; that they are hidden under the wing of God.  I break every word curse spoken over you in the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.  I renounce and every hex, vex, incantation, and blood sacrifice that has been spoken against you, your family, your finances and your ministry in Jesus Name.   Father replace the effect of every idle and intentional word with the purposes that You have for each of these, your beloved children.    I highly suggest each of you pray this in your own words every day.  John and Laura, you may have to pray this prayer more than once a day during this season.
