At Flatirons on Saturday, Jim preached about work. He specifically talked about going to the same jobs over and over and having them fail. He said to stop going after the jobs and pursue Jesus. He talked about how Peter and the boys kept fishing and were horrible at it. They never caught anything until Jesus showed up, but He told them to fish for men. They followed Jesus, and the rest was history. I knew this was for me as a confirmation to stop pursuing marketing/sales jobs and to pursue vocational ministry.
