Billy Graham, what a man! What a hero of the faith! What an inspiration to so many, myself included. What a powerful legacy of a life lived yielded to Jesus, changed by the power of the Gospel, marked by the love of Jesus, who then went on to change change the world with Jesus. What a reception he would have received in heaven!! To quote Rick Joyner “He ran well and he finished well. He has finished his course.” Our prayers are with his family today.
I knew this day would come and I knew the significance in the earth that this day would hold. I knew this would be the day that I would release this prophetic word that two years ago, over the span of two months, the Lord took me into encounters and dreams regarding what would be heralded and released on the earth beginning with the passing of Billy Graham.
Today is the day, I am to release this prophetic word. I won’t be sharing all the details of the dreams and encounters in this word, but feel strongly I am to release the decrees that were released to me in the first dream.
Two years ago, I had a dream and the Lord told me that the time was coming soon where Billy Graham would be called home. In this particular dream, I was invited into Billy Graham’s house and the atmosphere was full of purity, humility, integrity, character and strength. The atmosphere of his home testified to the incredible impact of his ministry and an example of what can take place in the world through a yielded life to Jesus. There was also another testimony that was almost booming in the atmosphere. There was a loud testimony of a man who lived with such character, such solidarity, such devotion to Jesus and no compromise, not moving from truth and living a life of humility, integrity and purity of heart. I remember standing in his house in this dream and being overcome by the purity and integrity Billy carried.
At the end of this dream, a prophetic decree was made. This was the decree:
“When Billy Graham dies a DOUBLE PORTION of the Elisha anointing will be released upon the earth!!!”
Now it came about when they had crossed over, that Elijah said to Elisha, “Ask what I shall do for you before I am taken from you.” And Elisha said, “Please, let a double portion of your spirit be upon me.” – 2 Kings 2:9
As we see from Scripture Elisha’s ministry was filled with signs and miracles, prophetic warnings, prophetic decrees and proclamations. This decree was made TWICE in my dream – two representing “witness”and “testimony”.
As this decree was made the atmosphere was electric. That is the only way I can describe it. It was electric with the power of the Holy Spirit decreeing the end of an era, and the beginning of a NEW ERA, the ERA of the GREATEST HARVEST AND MOVE OF THE SPIRIT upon the earth that we had EVER seen.
This decree heralded a time coming to the earth of great increase of signs, wonders and miracles unlike anything we have ever seen that would accompany the pure proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. A great awakening and returning to the beauty, power and simplicity of the Gospel to usher in an incredible harvest of souls. Awakening not only the evangelists, but awakening the fire of evangelism within the hearts of all believers. The anointing of Billy Graham falling upon a generation of people.
The decree established such a branding over this new era that the signs, wonders and miracles that would accompany the proclamation of the Word of God, would be UNPRECEDENTED.
A significant shift, a time of a greater increase of the mantle of evangelism being released onto the earth, to see a great harvest, a harvest that would come from every direction. The bountiful harvest! That time is now upon us. A new era! The changing of the guards! A DOUBLE PORTION released upon the earth! MUCH is going to be released by the hand of the Lord from this moment on. We have been in a season of awakening, acceleration and seeing the Lord move, but the shift has begun to now see the Glory of God cover the earth in tangible increased ways.
INCREASE OF THE REVELATION OF RIGHTEOUSNESS IN CHRIST
A significant increase has already begun prior to Billy Graham’s death on the revelation of righteousness in Christ. The fire of God’s love is going to significantly increase from this day on releasing the FRUIT AND TRUTH of our righteousness in Christ through the revival and returning to the revelation of the message of the Gospel. Condemnation, shame, guilt is going to fall off the body of Christ in significant ways and many in the body of Christ will encounter Jesus and the Gospel message in such a new and fresh way, they will feel like they have been saved for the first time all over again. Scales that have blinded eyes to the truth of their righteousness in Christ and lies caging the heart, will suddenly by healed by the revelation of Jesus, His death at Calvary and Resurrection.

INCREASE OF THE PROPHETIC MANTLE
There was a significant shift and increase of the prophetic mantle upon the earth with the passing of Billy Graham’s passing onto Glory. There would be a significant increase in eyes to see, vision, for what the Lord is doing and releasing upon the earth. There would be a double portion increase of the SEER ANOINTING (2 Kings 6:17) upon the earth, to see in the spirit and the reality of heaven and decree it upon the earth, bringing healing, restoration, peace, realignment, and unprecedented demonstrations of the power of God in signs, wonders and miracles.
A greater increase of the prophets SEEING and DECREEING the ways of God and teaching the body of Christ on the WAYS OF GOD!
The Lord heralded that this significant increase would be released at the passing of Billy Graham. There would also be a significant increase of the favour of God upon many prophets to be voices in the world, that would cause the world to turn their heads, to listen, to admire and to seek for the wisdom of God. We have already seen this happening, but it is about to significantly shift and increase.
PURITY, INTEGRITY, HUMILITY AND CHARACTER TO CARRY THE INCREASE
This first dream I had clearly showed the increase being released at Billy’s passing and the mantles that would be released upon the earth, but there was also a strong sense in me in the dream to not just chase after a mantle for the sake of wanting the “mantle of Billy Graham” but an invitation from the Lord to look at how Billy stewarded his life and ministry to SUSTAIN the anointing God released upon him.
The sense so strongly in this dream was the Lord was looking for those who were walking in the purity, integrity, humility and character that was displayed by the fruit of Billy Graham’s life.
For the major harvest season we have moved into, for the double portion being released now upon the earth, the Lord is looking for those who can carry it. The Lord’s heart in the dream was burning with love to prepare His people to carry what He is going to release.
There was a STRONG emphasis on the dream on HUMILITY. The place of humility that is the yielded place. You are God, I am not. The place of purity that takes no glory for themselves, but all Glory is given to Jesus. The purity and devotion to Jesus to see Him glorified and His Kingdom extended. Pride will hinder and get in the way of what God wants to do in this new era, in this dream pride and arrogance was not hindering a mighty move of the Spirit of God.
“No, O people, the Lord has told you what is good, and this is what he requires of you: to do what is right, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.” – Micah 6:8
“But He continues to pour out more and more grace upon us. For it says, God resists you when you are proud but continually pours out grace when you are humble.” – (James 4:6) – The Passion Translation
The Lord was clearly showing, He was inviting His people into a deeper place of humility, character and holiness, not in ‘striving’, but in yieldedness.
As I have sat with the Lord today the Spirit of God has been whispering to me “With the passing of Billy Graham now shall be seen a great increase in the revival of HOLINESS in My people. An increase of the wave of repentance upon My people, a deep cleansing and purification to move forward with Me into this season of DOUBLE PORTION harvest and anointing with greater fruit of humility and character.”
The invitation released in this first dream two years ago is the invitation He has been releasing in this season, and now is inviting His people into again as we move into the greatest move of the Spirit of God we have seen upon the earth.
“Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land.” – (2 Chronicles 7:14)
Embracing the ways of God, the fire of God, inviting the Spirit of God to continue to work in our lives to mould our character, to bring us deeper into the place of humility, integrity and holiness as we partner with Him to see the Kingdom of God extended and Jesus receive His full reward.
God is using the life of Billy Graham to demonstrate and communicate many things, and Billy’s life was one who SUSTAINED the move of God through him, God entrusted him with much, and he could carry it. The Holy Spirit is building a people who are saying “YES” to be able to SUSTAIN the increase He is now releasing.
DON’T TRY TO BOX THIS NEW MOVE OF GOD
The Lord showed me in this dream that we must cry out for Him to come on His terms and in His way. That we as God’s people are not to attempt to “box” in this new move of the Spirit of God upon the earth by our preconceived ideas, agendas, fears, or even what we have seen before, but to stand before Him in purity of heart crying out “We want YOU on YOUR terms. We want the move of the Holy Spirit on YOUR TERMS and we won’t stand in the way. We yield, we surrender, we invite you to come and pour out, move, shake, increase and bring in the harvest in YOUR WAY!”
In the words of Billy Graham:
‘I don’t need a successor, only willing hands to accept the torch for a new generation.’
A new day has dawned! A new era has begun! This is a significant moment in history.
Today marks a very significant shift in the spirit, in the earth and in the body of Christ with the passing of the amazing general, God’s ambassador Billy Graham. What God is now releasing is SO weighty, it’s SO strategic, it is SO significant, He’s looking for the FRESH YES and YIELDEDNESS to Him.
“The harvest is HUGE and RIPE! But there are not enough harvesters to bring it all in. As you go, plead with the Owner of the Harvest to thrust out many more reapers to harvest his grain.” – (Matthew 9:21) – The Passion Translation
Billy, we love you! We honour you! We thank you for a life well lived, a race run well. You finished strong and well. We celebrate your life, we thank you for the example you were to the world for Jesus and the way you represented Him. Your reward is great! You will be greatly missed on this earth, but we know all of heaven is applauding you and the Lord has said “Well done, good and faithful servant”.
We have willing hands to accept the torch for a new generation.

 2-22: Seals of Prophet Isaiah and King Hezekiah Recovered! Turnaround Verdict Now in PlayJon Hammill
Can’t make this up. For real. A few days ago, an anonymous source tipped me off to watch for news on 2-22. Because an archeological find of massive importance was going to be announced. We both felt it was a sign of the turnaround, and new season promised to the body of Christ. And today on 2-22, in the Times of Israel, an astonishing discovery has been announced. The seal of the man who prophesied Isaiah 22:22 has been found in an archeological dig near the southern steps of the Temple Mount! “In find of biblical proportions, Prophet Isaiah’s seal claimed to be unearthed,” proclaimed the Times of Israel article this morning. “Chanced upon near a seal identified with King Hezekiah, a tiny clay piece may be the first-ever proof of the prophet…” To read the article CLICK HERE. New Recovery of Governmental Authority! I am prophesying to you that we have now entered through the doorway of this new season. The next phase of God’s work in this nation, and in Israel and the nations, has begun. The seals of governmental authority granted to His prophets and kings is being recovered. Now. Turnaround Verdict: Dan. 7:22. This is predicated upon Daniel 7:22, the Turnaround Verdict. Judgement in favor of the saints, restraining the enemy and releasing the saints to possess the Kingdom. God is executing the verdict He has rendered in favor of the saints. You remember how the Lord moved according to this verdict—first in Israel with the election of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, then in America with the Glory Train-Turnaround Tour and the subsequent election of President Trump. Within a year, relations with Israel were repaired, with Trump even honoring Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. And Israel’s new planned railway will even have a “Trump Station.” Right at the Temple Mount. Near the Southern Steps where the seals of Isaiah and Hezekiah have been recovered. Can’t make this up. Amazing things happen when you align covenantally with the Lord. Please remember that your gifting or capacity is not the source of your authority. Covenant with God is the source of all governmental authority. He alone grants it. That said, we have entered through the doorway of the next phase of execution of this turnaround verdict—for America, for Israel and the nations. What an extraordinary hour of history! Esther’s Seal and the Purim Season. We are now in the season of Purim, which occurs next week. Remember Esther was the first to step into this dramatic experience prophesied by Daniel. And governmental authority from God was recovered by the saints. She approached the king. Judgement was rendered in favor of the saints. Esther was even given the king’s seal. “Write the decree, Esther, and seal it with the king’s signet ring, because a decree that is written and sealed with this seal cannot be revoked” (Esther 8:8, paraphrased). Esther experienced a turnaround in her day, exactly as prophesied by the verdict of Daniel 7:22. And inclusive of this was the restoration of governmental authority over those set to persecute her people. This is vitally important to understand. The seal of governmental authority was literally recovered to be immediately put to use. Take the risk, friends! Stand in Heaven’s Court and plead your cause. See how the Lord renders judgement in your favor, and executes His judgement on your behalf. Even granting YOU governmental authority—a seal—to write the decree! This is a Moses movement. A Moses movement is now being governmentally released which marries the miracles of Exodus with the miracles of Acts. We prophesied in our book Midnight Cry that the release of this Moses movement would coincide with the Winter Olympics in South Korea. It was astounding to review a video clip where Mark Chironna and Benny Hinn reviewed a prophesy years ago about how Billy Graham’s passing would mark a new season of revival where the Pharaohs of the earth would be confronted! In other words, a Moses movement. On 2-21, Billy Graham passes on. On 2-22, it is announced that the seals of the king and prophet are recovered. Seriously, you can’t make this up. Court of Heaven: Behold Their Threatenings Behold their threatenings. The apostles approached Heaven’s Court seeking a verdict of justice from the persecution of their time. Amidst this literal awakening, I saw by the Spirit the Lord was releasing us into the next phase of His execution of the Daniel 7:22 verdict in America. Just as God released the progressive execution of His verdict against Pharaoh and the gods of Egypt (Exodus 2, Exodus 12:12), so He is executing His verdict of justice progressively in our land. And as of 2-22, we have entered into this next phase, which is even inclusive of DELIVERANCE FROM THE DEEP STATE, and its claims upon the freedoms of our covenant land. Hezekiah and Isaiah—Behold Their Threatenings Isaiah 36-37 recounts how the king of Assyria was set to decimate Jerusalem. Hezekiah took the threatening letter into the Temple and read it before the Lord. He approached the Court of Heaven. And he was literally pleading, “behold their threatenings! And grant your people preservation.” Isaiah the prophet received the verdict and declared it. One angel of the Lord was sent to execute the verdict. And therefore the same night the verdict was granted, 185,000 Assyrian soldiers lay dead on the battlefield. The Syrian king ran back home. Turnaround. Judgement in favor of the saints. Beloved, it is no coincidence that the recovery of Hezekiah’s seal and Isaiah’s seal was announced today. As with Israel, so with us. I believe God is granting breakthrough of similar magnitude in this season. And covenantal, governmental authority is now being restored at a higher level than what we may have ever seen.
