Galatians 3 & Religion

Gal 3:3

Having begun by the Spirit, are you now being perfected by the flesh?

Phillipians 1:6 He who began a good work in you will complete it…

Perfected = complete same word “epiteleo”

I have slid into a relgious thinking trying to make myself perfect so that the miracles would happen.

Galatians 3:5 is the verse.

So then, does He who provides you with the Holy Spirit and works miracles among you, do it by the works of the law, or by hearing with faith?

It’s His Spirit.

He perfects.

He completes.

He performs.

He works.

We hear.

We believe.

Ears = faith

Galatians 3:18 If the inheritance is based on law, it is no longer based on a promise.

Galatians 4 Sons own everything, but he is under guardianship until teh time set by the Father.

4:4 When the fullness of time came…

4:7 THEREFORE yu are no longer a slave, but a son; and if a son, then an heir through God.

Miracles.

Promises

You cannot make it happen by your works. That’s the law. These things came through faith in the promise – the inheritance set by the FAther for the right time. He appoints it.

Belive it then.

And, let Him complete what He started. Trust Him.

Dont pick up the reins and try to make it happen.

He finishes what He starts.

Trust Him.
