Our structure is:
Eldership – oversee the entire deal
Leadership – oversee each house church (me, Jen, frankie, jeremy and landon)
Ministry leaders – lead the various ministries
We oversee and help raise up other house churches. We serve their leadership and provide insight into spiritual and practical decisions. We also serve as the eldership for those other churches.
