Johnny Enlow emailed me back asking the nature of my attack the other night. I told him that weariness really summed it up. Lots was coming out of that. Well, today, this prophetic word comes out from Bill Burns. It is perfect because it reinforces what I thought I was getting and what the LORD told me before I came out here. REST! I must wait on Him to direct every step. It is so critically important.
Small Straws In A Soft Wind by Marsha Burns — October 29, 2008:
I had a vision where I saw myself mount up to the sky and fly like an eagle. As I soared over the valley below I realized that my ability to see was so acute that I could detect even the smallest detail and movement in the landscape. Then, the vision changed so that I was on the ground, and I could see an eagle in the sky above — hunting, swift, powerful, undaunted. I was aware of his sharp vision and focus, not distracted by anything as he moved on the wind. Even though it seemed to be supernatural from my perspective, he was doing what he was designed to do naturally. And, I believe the Lord was showing me that the supernatural will become a part of our nature as we spend time in His presence and yield to the work of the Holy Spirit.
Isaiah 40:28-31 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the LORD, The Creator of the ends of the earth, neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall. But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.
