Dream: Phone Support at Prentice Hall 4:53 am

Another dream (this morning). It also came at 4:53.
I dreamed that I was doing telephone support for tax software customers back in ATL. I was in the old Prentice Hall building (they used to make tax software) talking to Tom Davis (a CPA and industry consultant).
The problem was escalated to me.
We couldn’t find the problem.
Then, a lady in their firm told me that there was something unique about this return (the one causing all of the problems). I was asking for the details to figure out why this one blew up. She asked me why I asked, and I told her that I needed to find out what made this one different. She wouldn’t tell me and went quiet.
During the conversation, I was up walking around the building and had the thought that Prentice Hall had left the cubicles and wiring for the computers as it were when I was there working all those years ago – before the company was sold.
Tom was also in the building on the phone. I thought that he was onsite. And, he had black hair – not his gray hair of today.
It seemed like their problem was bringing down our company, and it was urgent to fix.
