1) Dont believe that “coaching” is the right term. I currently have executive discipleship for lack of a better term. But, I dont want to use the world’s terms for what we do. It has to be something different that makes them ask what it is. We come in power, not words. The world comes in words and not power. If we use the worlds terms, there will be an expectation placed upon those terms that try to familiarize the service to the world.
2) Jesus ministered in the marketplace boldly in His expression. He didnt mask things because the people wouldnt receive it. Be careful not to water down the gospel.
