The first battle as I crossed the Jordan into my promised land is employment. The LORD promised me Boulder, CO, and He has delivered. The critical junction in this battle was my listening to Laura. She had words directly from the LORD, and the test was passed. Bless God, and thank You for grace.

I talked to her for over an hour today. The divorce is the next step, and we are moving forward with it. I know that He will heal us, and I told her again today that that is the case. There is a different tone in our voices now. Something has changed. He is killing the old and making all things new.

Position – Director of Business Development

  Position Description:   

  • Establishes company business development objectives, develops strategic plans, and identifies company strengths and weaknesses in order to achieve business opportunities, growth, and financial profitability, in concert with other top management members.
  • Evaluates, plans, and develops organization policies and goals and growth and structural program objectives.
  • Analyzes and focuses on new markets, identifying business opportunities, increasing share of market, and obtaining competitive position in industry.

·         Prepares, analyzes, and monitors budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can be made, and allocates operating budget. Reviews company and department activity and operating reports.

·         Promotes organization in industry trade associations.

  • Identify, qualify, develop and drive go-to-market partnerships with system integrators, CPA firms, industry solutions firms, etc. to achieve business development objectives.
  • Strategic planning: develop the goals and objectives for target partnerships consistent with corporate strategy, align sales, marketing and services activities against those goals
  • Marketing: develop and execute partner marketing programs in the field, aligning partner activities with corporate strategy, and manage communication across the broad partnership community
  • Relationship management: develop and maintain strong working relationships at the executive level with key partners
  • Assist sales team.

Compensation

a.     Base of $90,000

b.     Commissions on revenue

                                          i.    Revenue $0 – 1mm = 4% of sales (40k)

                                         ii.    Above Revenue Target %

1.     1mm – 1.5mm = 6% (30k)

2.     1.5mm – 2mm = 10% (50k)

3.     Above 2mm = 13%

                                        iii.    Commissions are earned on software revenue from all direct sales.

1.     Sales revenue doesn’t include annual maintenance on MAS 500 but does include 20% of O2 product maintenance.

c.     Moving Expenses

                                          i.    EVS will pay $2,500 for the relocation from Atlanta to Colorado.
