God is working on me calling out words of knowledge in a public. Oh this is fun. I love when we are called to grow. But, I will do it. Yesterday, at Westview Christian Fellowship in Longmont, I got several words of knowledge during the service. I started writing them all down. Richard Honey was leading service, and at the end, I asked him if it were alright to release them. He allowed me.
I called out the first six, and no one claimed them. I held onto the last one (left knee) and sat back down. Then, James, this guy doing worship came up and asked me if I called out left knee. I told him that I had called out right kneecap but not left knee, but I had gotten left knee and had it written down. I showed it to him. He was excited. He said that the LORD told him to come up. So, I prayed for him, and he got healed.
Then, Debbie, a lady who had a bad car wreck was called over. I told her that I would pray for her, and God would finish her healing. James then told us both that the LORD had put her on his heart, and he had been praying for her to get healing. And, here it was playing out. Way cool.
So, I prayed for her, and she got the rest of her mobility in her arm back. Bless God.
I am not sure what the lesson is completely. Full obedience to all words of knowledge for one. Dont worry if people dont respond. You never know what God is up to, so dont presume.
