The seller has elected to cancel the contract. Attached are docs including an earnest money release.
As soon as you sign it, they will return your earnest money. I can pick it up for you at Guardian Title as soon as they have it ready.
When you sign and return it to me, I’ll immediately get it over to them so we can get your money as soon as possible.
I’m sorry this happened. They didn’t give any reason, which is their right, but we can speculate if we like.
would you like me to turn on the searches again that are on ‘ice’?
