I learned a lot about forming ministry teams and doing work in dark places while in Israel.
1. You must have covering. I mean real intercessors who hear and see from the LORD and carry that burden as if it were their own. Joy Collier is mine. She sees the good and bad about me and keeps me right on track. She also keeps me accountable. While doing the stuff, she covers me in prayer. I know that this shields me from outside attack.
2. You must have the right mix for the work. I saw how the apostolic (including healing) combined with a prophet combined with the intercessor can operate. Great chunks of land can be taken for the kingdom.
3. When someone like Bill Blane, who has amazing insight, wisdom and prophetic gifting, is added to the mix, the team remains glued where the enemy seeks division.
4. LOVE must be the mission. People dont know how much the LORD loves them. They need to.
5. Flow. The teams needs to learn to work together to allow freedom to operate in who God has made you and what He has called you into. Give lots of room. Let one another do his thing. Complement.
