Congratulations, your loan has received the final approval and we are clear to close! The documents and funding will be sent to the Title company first thing Tuesday morning and will arrive prior to the 11 am appointment scheduled by the seller. Are you also signing at 11 or will you schedule a different time? Please let me know and I’ll communicate this with our Academy team closer so she is aware of the timeline.
