Ugggh!

I KNOW to stay in gratitude. I KNOW to stay in praise.

But, I dont feel like it today. Just too much to contend with.

I texted with Doug. Here’s what he said. It’s wisdom.

Boundary phases in our lives usually begin with pain and end with pain. It is a crucible that shapes us for the prosperity that is coming. It is not a circumstance, but, His Spirit that will empower, breakthrough and guide us into the next thing.

Sometimes, birth happens with a sudden “bang”, and then abrilliant change. Other times, it seems like a whimper of surrender and a subtle change that produces things on a huge scale.

Gratitude, for whatever state you’re in, sustains, releases and receives grace that in itself changes everything. I wish I could take this pain for you & and bring you into that place. It feels a little like the kid who wanted to help the butterfly out of its chrysalis; nice intention, predictable end.

This may be the last day of transition or the beginning, but I do know that waiting time is not wasted time. Be encouraged – He is not silent, and is preparing so many things that are worth His wait: a companion, ministry, fulfillment, dreams. He is faithful.
