I see creatures of the world wanting to take out the baby, but they are afraid of the big elephant.
God says that we are to be fortresses to the children. We guard them and clean up their messes. We provide shelter and safety. They whine and cry when they dont get their way, but we are to remain steadfast until they grow up into their own fullness, where we can no longer stand over them.
