John,
God brought you to my Spirit this morning during some time with Him and I sensed the frustration (all to familiar to me) of feeling unable to accomplish what you KNOW you are supposed to do. Like seeing a gorgeous wide highway in front of you to conquer and you are still on foot.
I saw this foundation come from behind you and stabilize you. It didn’t just come under your feet but gave you a sense of power and empowerment. i then saw it was a skateboard but you didn’t have to push off with your feet. As you began zooming down the road money bags poured out of heaven and you caught them in the form of a pyramid. A hundred of these heavy bags (I had a sense they were filled with treasure but didn’t see it) was as easy for you catch and carry as a single one.
(You were very happy by the way).
Then, God took me to a revelation He gave me many years ago. One Sunday my old pastor from Southern California spoke on the real Hebrew meaning behind the scripture where Paul was sent a “thorn in the flesh” but God’s grace was sufficient. Oddly, when I got home Creflo Dollar spoke on the other part of it. It totally transformed what I had been taught for years (essentially that God sends problems so we don’t become to proud but God will help you endure) – into the reality of what the scripture says in the original Hebrew.
That is – YOUR BELIEF (actively believing) that God’s unmerited favor is powerful setting a castle wall around you not to just defend but to AVAIL against the enemy that set out keep you from being exalted to where God (and you) want to be. I thought it was only for me but believe God wanted you to meditate on this as well.
